Join the Doulas from Chrysalis Birth Services for an overview of birth combined with hands-on, practical techniques for labour. This workshop is designed for women and their birth partners wanting to learn skills and techniques for a calm, confident and positive birthing experience. We will be discussing such topics as:

* the importance of active birth
* visualisation & breathing techniques
* hands-on ideas & tips for birth partners
