The doulas at Chrysalis Birth are passionate about providing support & education to women and their families for the amazing journey of pregnancy, birth and parenting. We believe that each mother has her own set of experiences, expectations and goals and that every mother deserves support from someone who is experienced, non-judgemental and non-biased.
A doula is a trained support person who is experienced in pregnancy, birth and early parenting. We meet regularly with you during pregnancy to provide individual education and to help you plan for your birth. We also spend time addressing concerns, fears and questions that often arise during pregnancy. During birth, we support you and your birth partner with practical and emotional assistance, from early labour until several hours after your baby arrives. After the arrival of your little one, we visit you and your new family at home during the early weeks to help you with the transition.

- Three different levels of doula support to suit your needs. Choose from Comprehensive, Ultimate Deluxe or Internet Doula Support;
- Individual prenatal sessions for couples preparing for birth;
- Post-natal support packages for the new family
