Doulas provide you with education and support during pregnancy, birth and with your new baby.   Depending on your requirements we can provide:
  • one-off, individualised sessions on any pregnancy, birth or baby topic
  • a series of pre-natal sessions personalised to your individual needs
  • in-home post-partum visits to assist you with the transition home
  • a complete doula package, which includes full pregnancy, birth and post-partum support & education
